UL Lafayette Unveils FirstCall System

The Office of Institutional Research (IRES), a division of Information Technology, functions to provide accurate and consistent administrative and management information about UL Lafayette. IRES is responsible for the coordination and completion of all external surveys, questionnaires and mandated governmental reporting about UL Lafayette. IRES also provides semester and longitudinal reports to members of the university community.

IRES is also responsible for the coordination, execution and processing for the Student evaluation of Instructors (SEI) system. In addition, IRES also works closely with the Office of Information Systems in order to insure that the University's administrative data systems are able to satisfy all required data reporting and provide UL Lafayette officials with management information as required.
